State Council of New Jersey Junior Leagues
What is the State Council?
The State Council is a group of women from each of our eight New Jersey leagues working together to help identify ways in which we can leverage our impact on a state level. The State Council is a support system to help you have a broader understanding of what’s happening in the other leagues in NJ as well as community issues and training opportunities state wide. This is primarily done via our SPAC and advocacy efforts, training (including winter networking night and our Get On Board program), as well as communication and press efforts. Each of the women working at the state level is a Junior League member and volunteers her time. Some are former league presidents, some are not. Some are actives, some are sustainers. Not surprisingly, all these women are rockstars.
Interested in Training opportunities for yourself, someone you know, or a NJ non profit board?
Be sure to Save The Date for Saturday, May 19, 2018. Get on Board will take place at The Peck School in Morristown. To register, go to http://www.getonboardnj.org/2018-registration.html. Registration is FREE for JLEP members (sustainer, active, new member).
For questions, email information@jlepnj.org.
Note, this one day bootcamp is open to everyone - not just members of the Junior Leagues.
