Fall 2020
It is my great honor to serve the Junior League of Elizabeth Plainfield as President in the 2020-2021 League year. I look forward to continuing to work with each of you toward our shared goal of creating positive impact in our community using the unique power of talented and driven women working together.
True to the dedication and resiliency of our members, the JLEP has quickly adapted to the changes imposed by the pandemic to find novel ways to support our community and members. I am so excited to share the new re-branding of our Career Closet and its ability to creatively service clients during this time. It may look and feel a bit different, but we still adhere to our mission of promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.
Our League welcomes all women who value our mission. Please click on our Membership page to learn more. You may also consider making a philanthropic investment in the Junior League of Elizabeth Plainfield by supporting our Annual Fund or Giving Tuesday, a global day of charitable giving at the start of the holiday season.
It is truly a privilege to stand for this dynamic community of women. If you would like to connect and learn more about the Junior League, please reach out to me at president@jlepnj.org to share more with you about our mission and how you can become involved.
With gratitude,
Mary Jackson
